• VALID SIA Level 3 Close Protection Licence - NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Valid Passport & Driving Licence (6+ months remaining)
• Prior military/police service REQUIRED
• English B2 level proficiency minimum
• First-person on Scene medical qualification

Physical Requirements:

• Height: Minimum 1.80m
• BMI: 18.5-24.9 (~90kg)
• Age: Under 40, perfect health
• Professional appearance (coverable tattoos)

• Proven unarmed combat/MMA/boxing (amateur level minimum)
• Crowd management & conflict resolution expertise
• Weapons proficiency (pistol, pepper spray, baton)
